You need to know the basics of the Android technology. You need to understand the basic framework so that you can understand how your app fits into it.

Step 2.

Development is the next phase. Once you understand how Google Android works, you can then move on to developing your app. Of course, this starts with a good idea, and goes on from there! There is a lot of help for people like you who are just learning to develop an app, so utilize it! Watch some tutorials, read some articles, and educate yourself. You might find that it is not quite as hard as you think it is to develop an Android app!

Step 3.

Publishing is the final stage of any app development, and this will cover how you prepare and release your app for use by others. There is a method to this, and it would be a huge shame to put a lot of work into an app, only to have it go to waste because you do not know how to publish it!
